Key Responsibilities
- Administration of IT Server and Network infrastructure.
- Management of IT vendor and external outsourcing IT contractors.
- Prepare IT technical documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide Level 1 end-user computing and network support to all locations including office, stores and warehouse.
- Perform regular patch management and planned Operating Systems or equivalent infrastructure software/firmware upgrades to ensure technology end of life/vulnerable products are upgraded/retired to address vulnerability/support risks.
- Setup and Maintain IT Infrastructure (Virtual Environment, Storage, Network equipment, Firewall, Video Conferencing and IP Telephony).
- Monitoring of routine operations (Server Room, Backup, Antivirus Updates, Network, etc).
- Setup and maintain Cloud architecture such as Azure, AWS and other similar cloud technologies.
- Maintain close collaboration with Regional IT team in Singapore.
- Perform technology evaluation and technology refresh.
- Records and secure all IT Assets.
Requirements & Capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in end-user and network equipment support.
- Ability to manage projects and see through to completion.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Microsoft and Cisco certifications is preferred.
