The Role
- Act as the primary contact for 1st and 2nd level customer support, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Guide new customers through structured onboarding and configure their systems for optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual server systems, as well as administer Windows Servers, Exchange, Citrix, and SQL applications.
- Collaborate with the team to provide periodic on-call support outside of regular business hours.
What You'll Need
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience as a System Administrator.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Exchange Admin Center, Citrix XenCenter, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Proven experience in successfully handling customer inquiries with clear and friendly communication.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 level.
