We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Automation Specialist to join our international team and support the technology needs of our growing organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, managing systems and platforms, and finding smarter ways to improve how teams work through technology and automation.
As our main point of contact for internal IT needs, you will work closely with different departments to provide day-to-day technical support, maintain our systems and platforms, and participate in technology projects that improve efficiency across the organization.
What you’ll be working on:
• Manage company email accounts, users, permissions, and access to internal platforms
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, ensuring proper access provisioning and removal
• Administer and maintain the company’s SaaS tools, collaboration platforms, and internal systems
• Manage and continuously improve our Lark environment, including users, permissions, workflows, automations, and integrations
• Troubleshoot access, system, platform, integration, and other technical issues
• Provide day-to-day IT support to different departments across the organization
• Build workflow automations to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Create and maintain integrations and APIs between different systems and platforms
• Develop simple internal tools, dashboards, or lightweight solutions based on business needs
• Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of new technology tools and platforms
• Support AI-powered solutions, tools, and integrations when relevant
• Maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, integrations, workflows, and access management
• Support cybersecurity, data protection, backups, and access control best practices
• Participate in technology and digital transformation projects across the organization
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT systems, systems administration, automation, software development, or a similar technical role
• Experience managing SaaS platforms, users, roles, permissions, and access controls
• Practical experience with APIs, system integrations, automation tools, and databases
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication skills and professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and international environment
Strong Plus:
• Hands-on experience with Lark, including platform administration, workflows, automations, integrations, or API development
Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI tools, AI integrations, or AI-powered workflow automation
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Experience with low-code or no-code automation platforms
• Experience developing internal tools, dashboards, or lightweight web applications
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices
• Previous experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, gaming, iGaming, or other fast-paced digital industries
