Role Description
This role maintains the company's network, IT assets, and platform access while providing technical support to ensure smooth daily operations for all staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the company office systems and network—including servers, internet, wifi access points, routers, switches, and user connectivity.
- Manage the company development environments (dev and test) including installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting the running environments, as well as supporting the developers in using the environment resources properly.
- Manage IT assets, meeting room facilities, and devices provisioning for end users.
- Support corporate users for any issues regarding their computers, resources access, and network connectivity.
- Manage, provision, and grant access to resources for end users: company emails, chats, source code management (GitHub), and other platforms.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding, account permissions, password resets, device setup.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance for IT inventory management and budget tracking.
- Maintain vendor contacts for IT equipment and related devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a company with more than 50 employees.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
- Advanced office equipment troubleshooting is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsive and a team player.
