Role Overview
We are looking for an expert Amazon Virtual Assistant to completely overhaul our product catalog of 600+ SKUs and revamp our Amazon Brand Store.
The absolute highest priority for this role is immense data integrity and strict adherence to provided source material. If you rely on AI (like ChatGPT) to generate or make up product facts, benefits, or descriptions, do not apply. AI may only be used as a structural tool to format and clean up the data points we explicitly give you.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing Overhaul (600+ SKUs): Update, optimize, and clean up backend data, titles, bullet points, and descriptions inside Amazon Seller Central using strict data points provided by us.
- Brand Store Redesign: Refresh and optimize our Amazon Brand Store layout to align with our brand identity.
- Canva Visual Updates: Create and edit clean, high-converting listing images, infographics, and Brand Store assets using Canva templates and guidelines.
- Flat File Management: Efficiently upload and update listings in bulk using Amazon inventory flat files to minimize errors and account friction.
Strict Guidelines on AI Usage
- No AI Generation: You are strictly forbidden from letting AI "hallucinate," extrapolate, or add any data, claims, or specifications that are not explicitly provided in our source documents.
- AI for Structure Only: You may use AI tools strictly to organize, format, or clean up the syntax of the provided data points (e.g., converting a raw text list into clean, properly formatted Amazon bullet points).
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven Amazon Seller Central Expertise: Deep experience navigating the backend, fixing listing suppressed errors, and managing massive catalogs.
- Advanced Canva Skills: Ability to work quickly within Canva to produce professional, clean, on-brand graphics and EBC/A+ content layouts.
- Flat File Proficiency: Strong comfort level handling bulk updates via Excel flat files to ensure a seamless catalog overhaul.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail: A track record of executing exact instructions without cutting corners or automating the actual content creation.
- Excellent English Communication: Ability to perfectly understand product nuances and formatting rules.
