Salary Range:
This position is part of the Alliance des administrateurs et éducateurs de la Toronto French School union. Salaries are determined according to a structured grid that takes into account the nature of the position and the candidate’s professional experience. The hourly salary range for this position is: $31.0- $34.20

About the position
Reporting to the Principal and the Vice-Principal and working closely with the Branch Coordinator, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Record student attendance
- Act as the first point of contact over the phone for the Junior School
- In collaboration with the Vice Principal, coordinate lunch and recess duties
- Co‑curricular activities (register attendance)
- Maintain students’ OSR files
- Use the Veracross system to manage student schedules
- Administrative duties such as printing report cards for OSR (Grade 2 to Grade
5), and document filing - Manage all orders and distribute supplies
- Other duties as determined by the principal office
- Accompany during school or sports outings if necessary (swimming pool, skating rink…)

La position
Sous la supervision du directeur de l’annexe et/ou du directeur adjoint, et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec la coordinatrice de l’annexe, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Enregistrer l’assiduité des élèves
- Être le premier point de contact par téléphone pour l’école primaire
- En collaboration avec le directeur adjoint, coordonner les devoirs de repas et de récréation
- Activités co‑curriculaires…
