Aus Care Community Services is growing — and we’re looking for a proactive, organised, and passionate Junior Administrator / Service Coordinator to join our team!

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Scheduling and rostering support workers

✅ Providing admin support (emails, data entry, documentation)

✅ Communicating with participants, families & teams

✅ Supporting compliance and coordination tasks

We’re looking for someone who:

✨ Has strong organisational and communication skills

✨ Ideally has rostering or scheduling experience (NDIS a bonus!)

✨ Enjoys working in a purpose-driven, team environment

✨ Wants to grow in the disability/community services space
