Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule and confirm meetings
- Assist with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
- Conduct basic market, finance, and investment research
- Prepare reports, presentations, and investment-related documents
- Organize files and maintain proper documentation
- Support the CIO with coordination and occasional office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong interest in finance, investments, and trading preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
