This is a full-time, on-site role for a Booking Officer, based in Denpasar. The Booking Officer will be responsible for supporting the sales and operations teams by finalizing booking details, guest documentation, pre- and post-departure procedures requirements related to diving packages and liveaboard diving products.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with guests, agents, and internal teams to ensure all required documents, forms, request and guest information are completed accurately before departure. The role involves monitoring booking status, preparing travel and operational documents, following up on outstanding requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition from confirmed booking to embarkation.

The Booking Officer will work closely with the Sales, Reservations, and Operations teams to support the overall guest journey and ensure all booking details are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

Qualifications and Experience

– Bachelor’s degree preferred

– Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with clients, agents, and internal teams

– Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously

– Experience in reservations, booking administration, travel, hospitality, or customer service

– Familiarity with guest documentation requirements, invoicing, travel documents, and booking procedures

– Strong follow-up skills to ensure all guest requirements and outstanding information are completed before departure

– Comfortable using digital tools such as email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and booking systems

– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

– Fluent in English (spoken and written)

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle last-minute changes or urgent requests

– Client-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

– Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling guest information and documents

– Passion for diving, adventure travel, or hospitality is a big plus

– Experience working with international clients, with sensitivity to cultural differences and adaptability in communication style
