Title: Junior KOL & Affiliate Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Identify and build a database of relevant KOLs, influencers, and affiliates.
- Conduct outreach, communication, and follow-ups with KOLs and affiliates.
- Support negotiation and campaign coordination with KOLs and affiliates.
- Manage campaign execution, including briefing, product seeding, content submission, and posting.
- Monitor KOL and affiliate performance based on reach, engagement, conversion, and sales/GMV.
- Support affiliate programs and initiatives to improve sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and affiliates.
- Monitor trends in content, influencers, and digital platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and evaluations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to achieve campaign and business targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, min. 1–2 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Active user with a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
- Basic understanding of KOL/influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, creative, detail oriented, and target driven.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for monitoring and reporting.
- Passionate about beauty, fragrance, and social media trends.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
