From managing administrative tasks, HR admin, facility and travel management through to company events, the Junior Office Manager will play a key role in keeping things efficient and organised.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office management, including maintaining supplies, organizing meetings, and coordinating with vendors.
Help implement and improve office systems and processes to drive efficiency.
Support the team with administrative tasks and provide day-to-day operational support.
Organize and coordinate internal events and team activities.
Be a culture champion, helping foster a positive, motivated atmosphere across the team.
You:
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office and other office tools is essential.
A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication skills and a team player mindset.
Prior admin experience in an office environment or start-up is advantageous
