Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Jr. Manager to support the planning and execution of retail development projects. In this role, you will coordinate store design, fit-out, renovation, and construction activities while ensuring every retail space reflects the brand identity, meets operational requirements, and is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of new store openings, renovations, relocations, and refurbishment projects across all brands.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project requirements align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Review store layouts, architectural drawings, material specifications, and construction details to ensure design feasibility and operational functionality.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and mall management throughout project execution and fit-out activities.
  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and company standards.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the procurement and installation of store fixtures, furniture, equipment, and construction materials required for project completion.
  • Prepare project progress reports, documentation, budgets, and presentations for management review.
  • Drive continuous improvements in project execution, construction quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring operational readiness before store handover.

We’re Looking For:

• Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Supervisor level with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or Junior Manager level with a minimum of 1–2 years.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Project Management, Construction, Retail Development, or Store Development.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in retail, commercial fit-out, or construction environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with store opening, renovation, or rollout projects is an advantage.
  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project management tools is preferred.
