The Junior Shift Leader is a highly organized professional who supports the management of daily business operations and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth shift operations, effective communication, and high performance across teams.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in the Live Gaming industry or 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills with very good written and verbal English
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to handle situations calmly, politely, and professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve ad-hoc and non-standard issues during shifts
• Ability to think fast and make decisions under time pressure
• Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft 365, especially MS Excel (formulas required)
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use internal software and systems after training
Key responsibilities
• Assist with daily operational activities, including internal rotations, live behavior monitoring, replacements due to absence, general shift management, and other ad-hoc situations
• Answer phone calls during shifts and support operational communication
• Coordinate and ensure proper allocation of human resources during shifts
• Arrange and support onboarding of new employees
• Assist with staff training and retraining when necessary and ensure proper onboarding training
• Use internal systems such as JIRA, WIKI, Microsoft 365, and scheduling software
• Support employee engagement activities during shifts when events are organized
• Assist with client promotions on live tables when applicable
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational documents and reports
• Support collaboration across departments to achieve high performance
• Cover colleagues during vacations, sick leaves, and other absences
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures

• Perform any other duties relevant to the role
