- Assist in coordinating daily B2B sales activities to support team targets and objectives.
- Support customer account management and relationship-building efforts. Help monitor sales staff performance and provide guidance where needed.
- Maintain sales records, track activities, and prepare basic reports for supervisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of B2B sales operations.
- Membantu mengoordinasikan kegiatan penjualan B2B harian guna mendukung target dan tujuan tim.
- Mendukung upaya pengelolaan akun pelanggan dan pembangunan hubungan. Membantu memantau kinerja staf penjualan serta memberikan arahan jika diperlukan.
- Mengelola catatan penjualan, memantau aktivitas, dan menyusun laporan dasar untuk atasan.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim internal untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan operasional penjualan B2B.
