Job Description:
- Portray a professional, courteous and helpful attitude in all dealings with internal and external customers.
- Ensure that customer databases are maintained
- Resolve specific disputes or provide advice on technical issues with customers.
- Ensure that customer databases are maintained
- Ensure the accurate preparation of import and export Customs declarations and the timely provision of those for review (as required)
- Liaise with customs officials on specific duties payable and problem shipments.
- Comply with the regulatory policy and rules to make DHL as reliable business partner
- Activate standard clearance procedure in accordance with DHL priorities and goals
- Coordinate with Clearance Support and Classification team for additional info, paper work, related data and document
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, International Relation or other related field is required.
- Relevant working experience with customs clearance in transportation / logistics industry is prioritized.
- Very good verbal communication skills, spoken and written
- Good Speaking/Reading/Writing of English is required.
- Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email.
- Very good problem solving and presentation skills
