Job Description
Required to follow intermediate level of instructions in performing customer service work while using established routines. Applies limited analysis and problem solving abilities in performing job duties. Performs such duties as data entry, filing, directing phone calls to appropriate personal, etc. Serves as a role model in fulfilling the Church’s religious mission with compassion toward others and an attitude of devotion to God, while performing tasks of an intermediate level of knowledge and judgment.
Responsibilities
- The main responsibilities of this role are to complete the required local MOE annual student reports. to analyze the student data collected by teachers in PowerSchool and highlight areas of concern to school admin.
- Track, attendance, grades and assess students’ progress according to defined criteria using student management programs, ie. Powerschool
50 % Under general supervision, performs a limited variety of duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing documents and maintaining records and files.
50% Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available, receives calls, emails, and provides excellent customer service to all who come into the administration building including faculty, staff, visitors that cover basic situations, assists in resolving questions and issues. Provides constructive feedback while maintaining sensitive visitor relations.
Qualifications
At least a high school graduate with some college and minimum of 2-3 years of school administration work preferably
Understands and committed to fulfilling the mission of MHS and the Church
Ability to communicate well in both English and Kiribati
Excellent knowledge and application of customer service skills
Excellent proven IT experience like MOS Certification and IT experience in the workplace advantageous
Is organized and hard-working, with the ability to work well with others including Administrators, Teacher, Students, Parents
Maintains temple worthiness standards
Proof of legal right to work in Kiribati
Police clearance is required
