The ITS team is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and innovative IT solutions that enhance productivity, safeguard data integrity, and drive operational excellence across the firm.

What can you expect?
As an Officer – Admin cum ITS Audit Support, you will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities while assisting users with audit system and technology-related matters.
You can expect to:
Audit Systems & User Support
- Provide support to audit teams on internal IT and audit application-related matters
- Assist users with system issues, requests, and troubleshooting activities
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of support requests
Audit Operations Support
- Support audit operational processes, including:
- Audit application closeout activities
- Engagement deletion requests
- File destruction processes
- Other audit administration and compliance-related activities
Audit Review Environment Support
- Prepare and maintain audit review environments in accordance with established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support teams during audit review activities and system-related processes
Project & Administrative Support
- Assist Project Managers and Workstream Leaders in achieving project objectives and KPIs
- Coordinate documentation, records, and administrative activities
- Track and monitor assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
Global Coordination
- Escalate incidents and issues to the relevant KPMG Global support teams
- Follow through and coordinate responses to ensure issues are resolved effectively

Who We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Candidates with SPM/STPM qualifications and strong administrative experience coupled with basic IT knowledge are also encouraged to apply
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance is an advantage
- Strong ability to handle general office administration and coordination tasks
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organised with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
