Job Description
- Participate in and support procedures related to land compensation, land acquisition, and land leasing in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare, maintain, monitor processing progress, and manage all related documentation, including compensation decisions, Land Use Rights Certificates, and payment records.
- Conduct or supervise surveys, measurements, preparation, and verification of cadastral maps and current land status maps; ensure the accuracy of drawings and survey data in coordination with consulting units.
- Carry out boundary marker installation, land boundary identification, land subdivision or consolidation in accordance with approved planning; inspect and confirm boundaries before and after handover to customers.
- Prepare technical documents to support land subdivision and land handover processes.
- Monitor land use status, identify and handle cases of encroachment or improper land use.
- Closely coordinate with competent state authorities to process documents and resolve arising issues, including land-related disputes and complaints.
- Update and manage cadastral databases and the project’s digital mapping system; prepare periodic reports on site clearance progress and land management activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Management or other related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in related positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD and other related technical software.
- Candidates with working experience and good relationships with relevant authorities are preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work in English is an advantage.
