Responsibilities

Support lawyers in the Construction Group with file and case management.

Organize and manage high volumes of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare, review, and proofread legal correspondence and court materials.

Coordinate scheduling, filing, and other administrative litigation tasks.

Work collaboratively with legal teams across the firm’s offices.

Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism in all communications.

Job Details

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Environment: Hybrid or In-Office, depending on candidate preference

Team: Construction Law Group

Reports To: Senior Lawyers and Practice Leads within the group

Requirements

Prior experience as a Law Clerk, preferably in litigation or construction law.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.

Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to remain focused and accurate when handling large volumes of documents.

Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to anticipate team needs.

A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
