5-7 years of total IT experience having at least 3 years of relevant experience in Workday Development.
Must have experience on at least 2-3 implementation projects and supporting Workday application
Design and build integrations of all types: EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Studio
Should be able to Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Integration solutions using EIB, PICOF/PECI, Cloud connectors and Core connectors
Good experience and capability to program custom Integration using Workday Studio, XML/XSL tools, SOAP and REST-based web services with corresponding WSDL and XML Schema (XSD).
Capability to build custom web services through Workday Report Writer & Custom Reports objects.
Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts, XML Schema, XPATH, XSLT etc.
Knowledge on custom fields, calculated fields and custom reports.
Experience with common integration problems, such as security, data conversion, and various implementation approaches.
