We are looking for a skilled Lead Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.
An excellent coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenalcommunication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties accurately and quickly. The goal is to ensure that crew schedules are efficient and builder schedule dates are met.
Responsibilities
Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintaining emails and builder sites daily
Supporting crews by verifying next-day schedule
Schedule utility installations, maintenance and repairs efficiently, service demands, and customer urgency.
Qualifications/Skills
Problem-Solving
Resource and workforce management
Customer Service and Support
Data entry accuracy and speed
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience andprofessionalism
Compliance & Safety Assurance
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Excel formulas
Technical Savvy
Bilingual a plus (not required but preferable)
Requires Passing a Lab Drug Test
NOT a Remote Position – Requires employee to be in office
