Smiles and Co. Pediatric Dentistry is a modern, doctor owned dental practice that is focused on providing the very best customer service and superior pediatric care to our patients. Looking for someone with a positive and welcoming personality, who is a self starter, detail oriented, with a thorough understanding of dental insurance, and excellent communication skills.
Role will include scheduling and insurance verification, daily ledger reviews, running claims and aging reports, handling collections and claim processing, treatment plan discussions, and as a lead will be proactively maintaining the office schedule. Pay range is flexible depending on previous dental experience, responsibilities, and shown dedication to the growth of our practice. Large amount of potential for job growth possible if desired.
Schedule can be either 4 or 5 days per week depending on your preference but must be consistent, full days (see hours below). We ask everyone to also work 1 Saturday per month (8am-1pm) except for the months of June and July there are no Saturdays worked. Must be very comfortable with computer use and emails as our office is paperless.
Office Hours: Tuesday 8-4pm, Monday/Thursday/Friday 9-5pm, Wednesday 10-6pm and Saturday 8-1pm **morning huddle is 30 min before opening time every day
