We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist – English speaker market to join our team and support a UK-based IT client. This is a fully remote role where you will connect with potential customers, identify opportunities, and help grow the client’s business pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within the IT/technology sector.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in the CRM system.
- Qualify leads against defined criteria before scheduling meetings with the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with account executives to align on outreach strategies and improve conversion.
- Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and meeting booking targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, or telemarketing (B2B preferred).
- Background in the IT / technology industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Comfortable working UK business hours
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
