Responsibilities :
– Monitor the Live Streaming Data Dashboard.
– Guide and direct hosts based on Live Streaming data analysis.
– Monitor Live Streaming equipment.
– Monitor and prepare Live Streaming dashboard reports.
– Troubleshoot technical issues and equipment related to Live Streaming operations.
– Conduct live streaming sessions, introduce products, interact with audiences, and help drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 year of relevant experience.
– Willing to work in shifts.
– Experienced in directing Live Streaming hosts and analyzing Live Streaming data, especially on TikTok & Shopee.
– Familiar with operating Live Streaming equipment, including cameras (mirrorless cameras: exposure triangle, focus, etc.), PCs, lighting equipment, and other related devices.
– Familiar with TikTok Live Studio/Desktop tools, especially Live Streaming tools and features.
– Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
