We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Learning & Development Officer to join our Group Learning Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, solving technical challenges, and supporting employees through innovative learning solutions.
Responsibilities
• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Upload and maintain digital learning content and learning records
• Support LMS implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• Generate and analyze training, compliance, and engagement reports
• Provide technical support to LMS users across the organization
• Liaise with software vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support digital learning communications and platform enhancements
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with LMS, HRIS, or digital learning technologies preferred
• Bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualifications
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Word & PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SCORM and digital learning platforms is an advantage
