The Learning Coordinator collaborates with key team members and clients to implement appropriate learning solutions. They assist in managing the effective execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, project team members, and external vendors.

What You Will Do

Provide administrative support on various learning projects/programs.

Consult and collaborate with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze and define learning objectives and requirements.

Meet course development milestones, ensuring quality learning solutions that meet objectives.

Assist with planning activities including scope, sequencing, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and project documentation.

Manage multiple tasks across projects effectively.

Support project execution by participating in meetings, tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, resolving issues, and analyzing survey results.

Assist with managing project budgets by reviewing invoices and providing updates.

Coordinate with external service providers and manage translation of materials if applicable.

Develop and execute communication plans.

Coordinate training setup in the Learning Management System (LMS) with the LMS team.

Support other tasks as needed to meet business requirements.

Employees may need to work beyond standard hours to meet business needs and are also supported with flexible arrangements for personal matters.

What You Bring To The Role

Post-secondary education in learning/adult education or equivalent experience.

2-3 years’ experience in Learning and Development or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (skills will be tested).

Knowledge of LMS platforms like Success Factors and experience with reporting.

Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working under deadlines.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive team player with a customer-focused attitude.

Proficiency in English at a business level.

This role requires fluency in English for communication with colleagues and training coordination across regions.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range is $46,500 to $70,500, potentially with bonuses. Salary within this range depends on skills, location, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
