Position Highlights:
The Assistant LMS Administrator reports to the LMS Administrator and is responsible for the routine LMS processes. This includes the daily maintenance and regular reporting for the Relias Learning Management Systems (LMS) at Ensign Services. This position will directly impact the Learning team’s ability to provide engaging, efficient, and effective learning solutions to meet our internal business partners’ needs.
Credentials and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree – field of study: IT, Business, Education (preferred)
in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree with an additional two (2) years’ experience will be considered
Minimum two (2+) years’ experience as an LMS Administrator with Learning Management Systems.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with SCORM Cloud
Experience with Workday.
Relevant experience in a healthcare or research environment is a plus.
Must have excellent Excel skills to generate reports or customize data
Basic understanding of SQL, able to use MS Access or similar databases
Self-directed learner – able to grasp new concepts quickly and independently and apply them to current and new situations
Effective communication skills – ability to work with individuals at all levels with varied backgrounds and personalities
Ability to multi-task, think on your feet and creatively problem-solve issues
Collaborative – understands when to handle an issue independently and when to escalate
Service orientated
Strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of eLearning technologies such as AICC/ SCORM, especially how they relate to LMS communication and tracking
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
