Role Description The Learning Management System Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for administering and maintaining the learning management system (LMS), including user management, course enrollment, and system configuration. The specialist will collaborate with training and operations teams to upload, organize, and track learning content, as well as generate reports on learner progress and training effectiveness.
Qualifications
* Familiarity in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, configuration, reporting, and user support.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience managing learning and enterprise management platforms is an advantage.
* Capable of curating and promoting learning and culture-related content to drive platform engagement and utilization.
* Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment based in Makati.
Salary range: 22k-25k
