Core Accountabilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider Legal team across transactions, contracts management and corporate legal matters.
• Coordinate diary management, meetings, calls and logistics for the Legal team, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare, format and proof-read correspondence, presentations and legal documents as required.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal team, including transaction lawyers, contracts management and corporate legal.
• Coordinate meetings, diaries and general logistics for the Legal department.
• Support legal transactions and contracts by managing document circulation, execution, notarisation and couriering.
• Maintain trackers for transactions, contracts and key legal activities in excel.
• Upload, manage and organise legal documents in document management systems and Teams/SharePoint.
• Liaise with internal teams and external advisers on administrative and coordination matters.
• Support legal projects, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Carry out general administrative tasks required to support the effective operation of the Legal department.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in office administration within a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting a legal department, law firm or professional services environment and familiarity with legal documentation, contracts or corporate governance processes an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating at executive level.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team; flexible and willing to assist beyond defined responsibilities.
• Proactive, self-starting, and adaptable, with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
