Role Description The Legal Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi. This position involves preparing and formatting legal and immigration documents, managing case files, and maintaining accurate records. The role includes coordinating appointments, handling incoming inquiries, and supporting solicitors and consultants with administrative tasks. The Legal Administrative Assistant will organize client information, assist with document tracking and submission, and ensure timely follow-up on case-related activities. The role also requires clear communication with clients and team members to support efficient case management and quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with immigration procedures.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and case file management.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and record-keeping.
- Solid Organization Skills and attention to detail in handling multiple cases.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and document management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a legal or immigration services setting and relevant diploma or degree in law, legal studies, or a related field is an advantage.
