Full Job Description
Bobby Rahal Lexus of Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Accounting – Office Manager. If you have Accounting leadership experience and you are hard-working and a detail oriented problem solver, we would like to speak with you.
This is a Monday – Friday position working daylight hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manager a team of Accounting Specialists while overseeing the Accounting department
Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
Monitor manufacturer receivables such as incentives
Monitor all receivable accounts
Manage vehicle floor plan payments
Oversee title work processes and procedures
Reconcile and remit monthly and quarterly tax payments
Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with dealership guidelines and the manufacturer’s format and timeline
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Being detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
Knowledge of Google products such as email and some MS Office products with the ability to learn dealership-specific software
Accounting and leadership experience is required
Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred
Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
