Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of a long-term care skilled nursing facility specializing in assisted living, memory care, and long-term care services. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a compassionate environment for residents with diverse needs, including those requiring Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, staff development, and financial sustainability, creating a warm community where residents thrive and families feel confident in their loved ones’ care.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing home and assisted living services.
- Develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans for residents with various needs.
- Supervise clinical staff responsible for medication administration, nursing assessments, and resident health monitoring to ensure safety and quality of care.
- Lead efforts to create a supportive environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for residents with memory impairments or other special needs.
- Coordinate with social workers and healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care that addresses physical health, mental health, social engagement, and community integration.
- Manage operational functions including financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with licensing standards for long-term care facilities.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent credential required.
- Extensive experience in LTC/SNF nursing care.
- Proven supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations, Alzheimer’s/dementia care practices, and long-term care operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Excellent leadership skills combined with financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize resources efficiently.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
