Seeking Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
We are actively seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a well-established, just under 250-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years of SNF operational leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive census, quality outcomes, and team engagement
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial performance
- Must be IL Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
This role is well-suited for an Administrator who wants to step into a stable environment with the infrastructure / policies and procedures already in place and focus on continued growth and operational excellence.
Pay: $140,000.00 – $148,000.00 per year
