We are currently hiring for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in San Antonio, TX to lead an interdisciplinary team, support our staff, and effectively market our services to the community.
Duties:
- As a LNHA you will operate an individual facility
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center
- Oversee all departments of the facility and provide support in all areas
- Manages all financials and reports and implements corrective action as required
- Partners closely with Director of Nursing to ensure a successful clinical department
- Oversees recruiting and retention to ensure facility is fully staffed and residents can have quality care
- Focuses on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents
Qualifications:
- Must have a NHA License
- Experience as a licensed nursing home administrator in a skilled nursing/post acute setting required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Passionate enthusiasm for leadership and team building
