Job Overview:
Indus Real Estate LLC is seeking an immediate joiner for the position of Listing Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple platforms, and handling all necessary contracts related to listings and sales. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Property Listings:
Update and maintain accurate property listings across various real estate platforms, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and complete.
Collaborate with sales agents to ensure listings reflect real-time data on pricing, availability, and property details.
Coordinate Listing Content:
Organize and upload listing content, including images, property descriptions, prices, and features.
Ensure that all listings meet company standards and are properly showcased for maximum exposure.
Monitor Listing Performance:
Track and generate reports on the performance of property listings.
Provide insights into listing performance to the sales and marketing teams.
Client and Agent Communication:
Address inquiries related to property listings from both agents and potential clients.
Assist agents in promoting properties and maintaining listings on various marketing channels.
Contract Creation & Management:
Draft, prepare, and manage all types of contracts related to property listings, including sales agreements, rental contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Ensure that contracts are legally compliant and in line with company policies.
Coordinate with the legal team for contract reviews and approvals.
Administrative Support:
Support in maintaining the listing database and ensure all property data is updated regularly.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a real estate administrative or listing management role; preferably Male
Experience in drafting and managing contracts related to real estate transactions.
Experience working with real estate CRMs and listing platforms is highly preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong knowledge of property listing platforms (Real Estate portals, CRM systems)
Strong knowledge of contract preparation and legal documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Language:
Fluent in English (Additional languages are a plus)
