We are an early-stage, peer to peer platform reshaping how people discover and exchange style across the region. We are a small, ambitious team building something culturally meaningful from the ground up – and we are looking for a hands-on Listing Admin to join us at a defining moment.

The role
The Listing team is foundational to the quality of our supply. As a Listing Admin, you will be the bridge between our top community members and the platform – visiting their homes, curating their wardrobes, capturing beautiful imagery, and turning real pieces into high-quality listings that people will love to discover.
What you’ll do
• Create high-quality, on-brand listings end-to-end – from product capture to publishing on the platform
• Manage and grow inventory by working closely with our top community sellers
• Visit sellers’ homes to photograph items, gather product information, and onboard new pieces
• Build and maintain seller profiles, ensuring accuracy, polish, and consistency
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with the operations and content team to continuously raise the bar on listing quality
• Track listing pipeline, follow-ups, and inventory milestones with strong organization and discipline
What we’re looking for
• Confident handling a camera and able to capture clean, well-lit, attractive product imagery
• Strong attention to detail – nothing slips through the cracks
• Comfortable interacting with end users in a warm, professional manner
• Willing and excited to do regular home visits for inventory build-up
• Strong personal discipline and ownership – you don’t need to be chased
• Thrive in a high-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment
• Excellent organizational skills – you can juggle many sellers and listings without losing the thread
Nice to have
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, content creation, photography, retail, or styling is a plus
• Interest in fashion, taste, and culture
Logistics
• Location: UAE (frequent travel within the city for home visits)
• Employment: Full-time
• Visa: Candidates already on a visa are preferred
