Our busy law firm is growing, and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent our clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigating personal injury cases from initial filing through trial/arbitration or settlement.
Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks.
Preside over paralegals and administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings, and completing client projects.
Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome.
Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis.
Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience representing clients in arbitrations and trials.
WSBA Membership required.
Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years is a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment.
Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must.
Ability to use Microsoft Office is required.

Compensation
$100,000 yearly
