Key
***** Prepare and file probate documents (petitions, motions, inventories, accountings, notices) Administer estate accounts and assist with the liquidation and transfer of property File life insurance claims and other death benefits Contact beneficiaries and next of kin regarding admission of the will and other probate hearings Assist with guardianship matters as needed Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Assist with preparing tax returns related to estate and trust administration
***** Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and trust administration Familiarity with Florida probate procedures and estate planning documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required Interested?
