Position: Litigation Support Clerk, Hourly Support 2 – Corporate Counsel
Responsibilities:
Assist with clerical tasks associated with handling subpoenas and other legal requests for records.
Assist with the clerical tasks associated with processing mail and scanning records.
Assist with pulling and validation of CCTV requests.
Assist with other clerical tasks associated with Litigation Support activities.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or its equivalent.
1-2 years experience performing office administration tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.
Ability to work well with others and be a team member.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
May need to work extended hours.
Show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work.
Show commitment to Publix’s mission.
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in a legal area of study.
3 years experience performing office administration tasks.
1-2 years experience working with different legal documents.
