Connect Appointments have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our Grangemouth based client (FK3)!

Up to £30,000 per annum

Working as a Logistics Administrator, your duties will include:

Accurately inputting and processing orders into our client’s SAP system

Creating, printing, and cross-checking legal paperwork

Managing collection drivers and assisting at the transport office reception

Providing daily reports of on-site status

Liaising with the operations team to communicate schedule changes

Managing spreadsheets and recording workloads for invoice reconciliation and stock control

Adhering to all site safety rules, actively reporting near misses

Following the ISO Quality Management System, operating risk assessments, and the 5’s storage system

Assisting in the induction of visiting hauliers and ensuring compliance with PPE and safety standards
