Job Description:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, managing inventory documentation, and providing solutions to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, returns, and inquiries.
Coordinate shipments, including reviewing stock availability and expediting orders as needed.
Maintain and organize shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, assisting visitors, and managing documentation.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a customer service/logistics position.
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
SAP experience is a huge plus!
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
