What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily task tracking and follow-ups
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Follow up on meeting action items
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Help with documentation, job orders, and general admin work
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good communication in English and Bahasa (Mandarin is a plus)
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets & digital tools
- Experience in logistics or admin is a bonus
Based in Klang, Bukit Naga
Fresh graduates are welcome
Salary range: RM1200 – RM2500 based on years of experience
