This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate weekly international and domestic shipments for BabbleRoo.

  • 安排BabbleRoo每周的中国国内和海外货运

  • Manage communication with freight forwarders and Amazon logistics partners.

  • 与多家货代及亚马逊物流合作伙伴保持沟通

  • Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delays, and follow up on receiving issues or shipment claims (especially with Amazon FBA).

  • 追踪货运情况，解决延误问题，并跟进收货问题或货运索赔（尤其是亚马逊FBA仓库的问题）

  • Coordinate inbound shipment documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, CO, etc.) and ensure compliance with destination requirements.

  • 收集并整理货物运输文件（商业发票、装箱单、产地证等），确保符合目的地要求

  • Proactively communicate and resolve discrepancies with shipments, warehouse receiving errors, and shipping damages.

  • 主动沟通并解决货运数量差异、仓库收货数量错误和运输损坏问题

  • Take charge of freight rate negotiation and manage cost tracking for optimized shipping costs.

  • 负责海运费谈判并管理成本跟踪表，优化运输费用使其保持竞争力

  • Maintain organized records of shipping documents and provide logistics data for inventory and planning purposes.

  • 有序记录运输文件，并提供准确的物流数据供库存和计划所用

  • Check all bills from forwarders against the agreed-upon rates and service agreements and apply for monthly payment.

  • 核对所有货代账单，并申请月度付款。

  • Actively participate in internal team communications for problem-solving and experience sharing

  • 积极参与团队内部沟通和经验分享

  • Support manager on other tasks that may not be limited to logistics as needed.

  • 处理经理布置的其他相关工作（不限于物流）

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

任职要求：

  • Mandarin proficiency (essential for supplier and forwarder communication)

  • 普通话流利

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, shipping administration or project management

  • 3年以上物流、供应链、运输管理、单证经验或项目管理

  • Experience working with Amazon FBA shipments preferred.

  • 有亚马逊FBA货运经验者优先

  • Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms), documentation, and freight processes.

  • 熟悉国际运输条款（国际贸易术语解释通则）、相关文件和货运流程

  • Strong coordination and communication skills with external vendors and internal teams.

  • 具备较强的协调和沟通能力，能够与外部供应商及内部团队高效合作

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments in parallel.

  • 注重细节，能同时管理多个运输项目

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics platforms or dashboards.

  • 熟练使用Excel、Google Sheets以及物流平台的操作系统

  • Willingness to learn and adopt new tools for work efficiency (e.g. AI tools)

  • 善于学习运用新的工具（比如AI工具）
