Position: M&A Deal Closing Coordinator (Remote)

As an M&A Deal Closing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient deal execution post-term sheets. If you’re an organized, responsive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in

fast-paced

environments, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Email/Slack Management – Handle all post-term sheet communications, ensuring responses within 3 hours during business hours.

Document Coordination – Organize, track, and manage legal & financial documents for seamless deal execution.

Tracking & Reporting – Maintain and update trackers, ensuring no deal falls through the cracks.

Meeting Facilitation – Schedule and facilitate all post-term sheet/path to closing meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

Quality Control

– Audit email communications to ensure no follow-ups or critical steps are missed.

Admin tasks – Help the team with administrative tasks or as needed.

Who You Are:

Highly responsive & organized – You can juggle multiple email threads and tasks without missing a beat.

Detail-obsessed – Accuracy matters. You’re meticulous about documentation and

communication

.

A self-starter – You take initiative, problem-solve, and ensure smooth deal flow without constant oversight.

Great communicator – You can facilitate meetings effectively. You can also draft clear, professional emails and escalate critical matters appropriately.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field.

Strong understanding of deal execution, due diligence, and post-LOI processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills—speed and accuracy are key.

Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities independently.
