Position: Management / Administrative Analyst with TS-SCI clearance
Overview
VETS, Inc., is looking to add an experienced Management / Administrative Analyst to our growing team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with full benefits working onsite at the Pentagon. Due to security requirements this position requires an active DoD TS / SCI clearance. Responsibilities Administrative assistant duties include:
Work in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily. Complete transactional duties with special
attention to detail
, being organized, and
multi-tasking
Interact with our customers, team members/Leads, and employees.
Handle and receive incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Other duties as may be required
Policy Analyst
Duties include:
Research, organize, analyze, and summarize data;
Develop preliminary findings
Assist in drafting written reports Assist in developing white papers and briefings
Assist in preparing and presenting briefings
Attend and document meetings
Interact with experienced technical staff, management, and government clients. Plan, attend, and document meetings and conferences. Perform administrative actions as directed, e.g., process classified material, comply with administrative requirements, etc. Qualifications
Skills:
Strong and verbal and written
communication skills
Proficient research and
analytical skills
Experience in MS Office Suite Ability to work in a
dynamic work environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team Ability to problem-solve in a time constrained environment
Ability to take initiative and work independently Ability to prioritize tasks Military experience, or experience with contracting or the federal government a plus Requires a current / Active DoD TS – SCI Clearance
