Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee Staff role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee will support daily operational activities related to brokerage and client services, including assisting in account opening, documentation, and basic trade support. The role involves learning and participating in financial product knowledge (forex, indices, commodities, CFDs), attending internal training programs, and shadowing senior staff to understand business processes. The Management Trainee will help prepare reports, presentations, and simple analyses for internal use, as well as support client education initiatives and marketing activities under supervision. This position is designed to develop future professionals who can grow into specialist or supervisory roles within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in financial markets, online trading, and brokerage services, especially in forex, indices, commodities, and CFDs.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive learning mindset, willingness to follow structured training, and openness to feedback and coaching.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Jakarta, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field (final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
