Role Description
The Management Trainee Program at VIFX Jakarta Satrio is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants will rotate through key business functions to gain exposure to operations, sales, marketing, finance, and administrative processes. Day-to-day tasks include supporting project execution, preparing reports and presentations, conducting basic data analysis, and assisting with process improvements under the guidance of senior team members. Trainees will take part in structured training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews while contributing to departmental goals and learning to manage small initiatives. The role is designed to build a strong foundation in management skills and prepare trainees for future leadership positions within the organization.
