Job Summary
- The Admin Assistant provides general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
- Manage and organize company files (physical and digital)
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative needs
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and basic coordination
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide basic information when needed
- Support daily operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related course
- With at least 1 year experience in administrative work (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Reliable and able to multitask
Work Details
- On-site work
- Monday to Saturday schedule
- Open to overtime when needed
