We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Marketing and Outreach:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.

Build and maintain client relationships to drive new business opportunities.

Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and website content updates.

Office Assistant:

Support our team by managing cases and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Assist private investigators with the management of cases from inception to resolution.

Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Provide administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Serve as a point of contact for clients and customers, delivering exceptional customer service.

Support office operations by organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience with marketing and as an office administrator; previous experience as a paralegal or in the criminal justice field is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in data entry and familiar with office software and marketing applications.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay rate:

$18-25/hr to start, based on education or experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Associate degree, paralegal studies, criminal justice, or marketing a plus.

Valid driver’s license and suitable vehicle available for day-to-day use.

Be of good moral character with temperate habits (no criminal record, etc.)
