and rewarding opportunity for a part time Marketing Assistant to cover maternity leave. Based in the Sales Office, you will be working closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Office Manager.

Duties
* Assisting with marketing tasks
* Using Salesforce for mailers about deals, pushing out marketing material
* Calling people for follow ups
* Social Media updating
* Ordering staff uniform
* Stock machine management/Ordering
* General office tasks & administration as required
Skills and experience required
* Ideally experience within marketing or some knowledge
* Savvy on Linked In and Instagram
* Meticulous approach to quality of work with very high
attention to detail
and accuracy
* Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
The Part Time Marketing Assistant will work a very varied role. This will initially be on a fixed term contract of 15 months and a part time basis, 22.5 hours a week. These hours can be over 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
Applicants must have

, be able to prioritise work loads, as well as be able to work under pressure. In return you will be offered a salary of £17,000 based on 22.5 hours, 25 days holiday (pro rata), pension scheme and free parking
